The Naval Air Systems Command has a requirement for updated drawings and documents as a result of incorporation of Engineering Change (ECP) 6381to the AN/APG-79 Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) radar for the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) AFA-18F, AEA-18F and AEA-18G aircraft. The AESA Original Equipment Manufacturer is Raytheon Company, El Segundo, CA. The Navy intends to negotiate the updates for drawings and documents for ECP 6381 as a sole source firm fixed price delivery order to the Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-15-G-0026with Raytheon. Award of the delivery order will be made in accordance with the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Raytheon has the requisite RADAR manufacturing knowledge, experience, and technical data required to respond to this requirement.  Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to be eligible for contract award or payment from any DoD activity. A determination not to compete this proposed effort based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
