East Central Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission (ECWRPC) in partnership with Oshkosh (GO Transit) requests contract support to develop a site selection study for the transit agency. GO Transit's current downtown transit center opened in 1990. GO Transit recently updated its strategic plan in 2018. A recommendation noted in this plan was to study the feasibility of redeveloping its downtown transit center, possibly into a mixed-use (public-private) development/partnership. This project seeks the feasibility of redeveloping the downtown transit center as well as providing GO Transit with a roadmap for future development options.
