Racquet ball area need to be raise by approximately 3 inches and the surface needs to be graded. Mill and resurface courts 104 L x 58 W, approximately 6,000 sq ft of court area. Keep existing perimeter fence. The front and back of the racquet ball wall needs to have stucco removed. The front and back of the wall needs to be patched, and then the wall needs to be re-stuccoed. Wall is approximately 48 feet wide and between 16 - 20 feet tall. On top of the wall there is a fence, the fence needs to ne renewed or replaced, whatever is most cost effective.
