The findings from this Market Research effort may impact any future solicitations related to this requirement. This is a Request for Information and does not constitute a solicitation or request for proposal. This is a market survey for planning purposes and no award will be made as a result of this sources sought notice. If a solicitation is issued, the Government does not guarantee that it will be issued to RFI respondents. The Government is also requesting that restrictive or proprietary markings not be used in response to the RFI.

The below specifications detail the requirement for two radial stacking conveyors that are at least 24 inches wide and 100 feet in length. Prospective vendors shall be able to provide direct manufacturer support and shall directly issue a manufacturer's limited factory warranty to the government. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, supplies, materials, engineering design, and supervision to design, manufacture, and deliver this equipment.

1) Main belt at least 24 inches in width and 100 feet in length
2) Main belt must be at least 2 ply with mechanical fasteners
3) Must possess belt cleaning device
4) Belt driven by a 15HP TEFC electric motor
5) NEMA rated reversible starter for radial drive motor must be at least 2HP
6) Constructed of a heavy duty stackable truss frame
7) Shall possess anchor pivot for radial travel
8) Shall be provided in a "pit-transportable" configuration and be easily assembled/disassembled for transport
9) Shall consist of manual raise system with pink lock
10) Bolt-on pintle hitch hauling platform
11) Must possess radial feed hopper
12) Feed zone must contain adjustable rubber flashing and be at least 5 foot
13) Structural frame must be constructed of steel
14) Must have a minimum 18 inch screw take-up
15) Tires shall be 11R22.5 X 8.25 radial tires
16) Electrically controlled, with all required electrical wiring supplied
a. Connection from main power panel to conveyor belt motor
b. Connection from main power panel to radial drive motor
c. Main power cord
17) Electric controls mountain in NEMA 4 rated panel
a. Overload protection for starter motors shall be supplied
b. Overload protection shall be NEMA rated
18) Shall possess a main power cord length not less than 150 feet
a. Cord shall be 10AWG-4 conductor SOW cable
b. Cord shall be supplied with an Arktite 3 Phase, 30 Amp, 4 Pole Plug rated at 600V (P/N: APJ3485) and an Arktite male cord connector (P/N: APR3465)
19) Idlers, pulleys, and drive shall arrive installed on truss frame
20) All components shall be primed and painted beige to provide appropriate corrosion resistance. Touch-up paint will be required to repair any damages during shipping.
