This acquisition, for Defense Information Systems Agency, is for the procurement of Radiant Logic license upgrades and maintenance . The proposed contract action is for a firm fixed priced contract for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source pursuant to the authority of the test program for commercial items (section 4202 of the Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996) .
