The Food and Drug Administration intends to award a purchase order to Bonneville International Corporation of Salt Lake City, UT, parent company of the radio station WTOP. This is NOT a request for competitive quotes. The purchase order will be made on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures for the following, services NAICS 515111. This purchase order will provide radio employment recruiting services DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Three (3) month advertisement campaign with WTOP for FDA’s Center for Biological Evaluation and Research (CBER) employment recruitment efforts. Weekly schedule to run two (2) weeks per month for three (3) months, beginning April 28, May 5, May 26, June 2, July 7, and concluding July 14. CCR: Vendors must be registered in the Central Contracting Register (CCR) prior to the award of a purchase order. You may register by going to www.ccr.gov. You will need your DUN and Bradstreet number and banking information. The anticipated award date is 04/21/2008.
