NOTICE TO BIDDERS Notice is hereby given that sealed bids for the following public works contract will be received by the Purchasing Office of the Town of East Hampton, 159 Pantigo Road, East Hampton, New York no later than 3:00 p.m. prevailing time on Thursday, August 13, 2020, at which time they will be opened and publicly read aloud: Radio Tower – Montauk Re-Bid Bid No. EH20-025 Specifications may be examined and obtained by emailing [email protected] or [email protected] or calling 631.324.4183 the Office of the Senior Purchasing Agent between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All bidders are strongly urged to attend a pre-bid meeting, for EH20-025 on Wednesday, July 22, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. Face masks must be worn. The meeting will be at the site, located at 365 Montauk Highway, Montauk, NY. The Town of East Hampton reserves the right to reject and declare invalid any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the proposals received, all in the best interests of the Town. Each proposal must be submitted on the forms provided in the bid package, in a sealed envelope with the name of the bidder, and the bid name marked clearly on the outside of the envelope.
