This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1 (c) the Limited Source Documentation is attached with this notice. The acquisition will be conducted through FAR part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures.

In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), vendors that understand and can meet the Government's requirements of Motorola Solutions may submit a written response with sufficient relevant details to demonstrate existing capabilities. This submission shall be considered by the agency. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
