NOTICE OF INTENT: The Regional Health Contracting Office-Central, JBSA Fort Sam Houston, TX intends to award, on a Limiting Competition sole source basis, a firm-fixed priced contract to Cardinal Health 414 LLC. for supplying radiopharmaceuticals. The proposed North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 325412, Pharmaceutical Preparation Manufacturing, Product Service Code (PSC) 6505, Drugs and Biologicals with a corresponding size standard of 1,250 employees. The proposed contract action for which the Government intends to solicit from and award to one source is in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). The Government intends to execute this award on or around 30 Aug 2019 for a 12 month period. This notice is neither a request for quotation nor a solicitation of offers; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency for any future requirements.
