Request for Quote (RFQ) FA8771-16-Q-0047 - RadView WebLOAD

This RFQ represents the OFFICIAL document.

AFLCMC/HIAR, the CMOS Program Management Office (PMO), has a requirement to obtain the following requirement items identified below.

CLIN 0001: 1 - RadView WebLOAD 350 Virtual Users Permanent License
CLIN 0002: 1 - RadView WebLOAD Oracle Forms Add-on   
CLIN 0003: 1 - RadView WebLOAD Support and Maintenance
CLIN 1000: 1 - RadView WebLOAD Support and Maintenance (Option One)
CLIN 2000: 1 - RadView WebLOAD Support and Maintenance (Option Two)

Projected Period of Performace (will be adjusted in accordance with contract signature date):
- Base Period: 26 Sep 2016 - 25 Sep 2017 (CLINs 0001, 0002, and 0003)
- Option One: 26 Sep 2017 - 25 Sep 2018 (CLIN 1000)
- Option Two: 26 Sep 2016 - 25 Sep 2019 (CLIN 2000)

This RFQ is not an authorization to begin delivery.  It does not obligate the Government for any costs incurred by the contractor for the request for quote.  Prior to commensement of any activities associated with the delivery of this requirement, the Government will issue a written contractual document signed by the Contracting Officer.

The evaluation of your quote shall be based on technical acceptability and price reasonableness.  As a basis for your price and to facilitate the Government determination of price reasonableness, please also provide sales data showing the prices at which the same item has previously been sold to both Government and non-Government buyers.
