This announcement serves as notice to all potential offerors the 48th Fighter Wing Contracting Squadron (48CONS), Building 977, Boston Drive, Brandon, Suffolk, IP27 9PN, United Kingdom anticipates the release of a formal Request for Proposal (RFP) under the solicitation number FA5587-12-R-0028 for a full-time Clinical Psychologist. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the solicitation is 621330-Doctors of Psychology Offices.

48 CONS is advertising its intent to post the RFP on 20 July 2012, for a requirement for a full-time Clinical Psychologist at the 48th Medical Group hospital located at RAF Lakenheath. The duration of the contract is prescribed as three (3) years, with a performance period starting 30 September 2012 and ending 29 September 2015. The solicitation will be issued under full and open competition procedures, with an anticipated award date of 15 September 2012. The formal announcement of the RFP will provide all applicable documents for this requirement.

INFORMATIONAL SOLICITATION GUIDANCE:

It is important that you read, understand, and submit all the below listed items:

- This is a Firm Fixed Price Contract and No Conditional Proposals will be accepted, ref FAR 16.202-1, FAR 15.101-2, solicitation addendum 52.212-1 and addendum 52.212-2.

- Ensure you submit prices for all the three years by pricing out ALL CLINs, solicitation.

- Ensure you submit all of the required information for all the factors and sub-factors included in the solicitation.

- Late proposals will NOT be accepted in accordance with FAR 52.212-1(f), unless reasons fall under exceptions in FAR 15.208(b)(1).
