In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, the Government intends to issue a solicitation restricted to General Dynamics European Land Systems - Germany for Field Service Representative (FSR) support, travel, and Interim Contractor Logistics Support (ICLS) in the fielding of four REBS. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation will be for a firm-fixed price 18 month Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract. The estimated total contract quantity will be a potential of 585 man days of FSR in support of non-contingency operations or a potential 390 man-days for OCONUS contingency operations, travel costs, and ICLS. The REBS is a dry support bridge used for wheeled and tracked vehicles up to Military Load Classification (MLC) 40 to cross gaps up to 42.6 ft. in a minimum amount of time. The solicitation will be issued on or about 3 May 2018 and will close on or about June 2018. A U.S. Government Technical Data Package (TDP) is not available for this procurement action.
