STATEMENT OF WORK
Course must be designed to teach:
1. Others the basics of rappelling.
2. Setting up and tearing down of rappel tower.
3. Equipment maintenance and care.
4. Equipment required for rappeling.
5. About rural rappels such as rocks, cliffs, etc.
6. Rope safety.
7. Belay techniques, basic rescue techniques.
8. Basic rescue techniques.
9. Basic tower operations and procedures.
10. Tower commands.
11. Fast roping.
12. Tower safety and basic knots.
