This is a Sources Sought Notice for Ratcheting Screwdriver Set consisting of 16 of the most frequently used bone-screw tip configurations on solid driver shafts. Please respond if you have the ability and intent to complete this requirement. Include in your response a copy of your capabilities, DUNS, and FSS or GSA Contract Number, if applicable.

This Sources Sought Notice is intended to locate any Small Business, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, Veteran Owned Small Business, HubZone Program, or Women Owned Small Business capable of performing this requirement.

Department of Health and Human Services shall not be responsible for any costs incurred by the contractor as a result of this Source Sought Notice.

This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to particular acquisition approach. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government.
