The U.S. Army, Army Contracting Command, New Jersey (ACC-NJ) on behalf of the U.S. Army Armament Research, Development and Engineering Center (ARDEC), located at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ has a requirement for raw aluminum material cut to various specifications in sheets, angles, rectangles and tubing. All aluminum material provided must be certified in accordance with DI-MISC-80678 and corresponding certification must be provided with material upon delivery.

The Government intends to conduct a competition for this requirement amongst existing Small Business, Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) holders with a single, firm fixed, call order being placed.
