This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W912LR-16-T-0005 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Request for Quote are due by 29 December 2015, 2:00 p.m. (EST). CLIN 0001: Raw Subsistence
Provide all raw subsistence and food items per the attached food items list under additional documentation. Contractor shall quote all 4 cycles. Delivery of items to: Camp Dodge, 7105 NW 70th Ave, Johnston, Iowa 50131. Delivery dates: 08 January - 18 January 2016. Groceries will need to be drop shipped every 5 days at a minimum due to the order containing perishable items. Requirements for your quote: Please submit a quote using the attached requirement document with your company letterhead showing a price per contract line item (CLIN) with at total price at the bottom. All 4 cycles shall be quoted and a total amount for all 4 cycles shall be the total amount for the Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) 0001. Include the following information on your quote: Cage code, Tax ID number, company name, phone number, contact, and email. The award will only be made to an offeror that is all-inclusive of the requirements on this solicitation. Offerors must be actively registered on the Systems for Award Management database (SAM).
