The Arkansas Army National Guard (ARARNG)routinely requires shipments of bulk raw subsistence items to be provided to the Arkansas Army National Guard units throughout the year at various identified locations. The ARARNG intends to award a single award Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ)to the firm that can provide the subsistence requirements at a price that considered to be the best value to the Government. The Government intends to award a Base Year contract with Four (4) Option Periods of one year each for a total of Five (5) years. The selected firm must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database with no active exclusions from receiving a Federal Contract before being determined to eligible for award. The documents attached to this announcement include the solicitation, W912JF-18-R-0001, Attachment "A", the 14 Day Menu, Attachment "B", the Arkansas National Guard Food Delivery Addresses, Attachment "C", the Pricing Sheet, and Attachment "D", the Instruction to Offerors. The Pricing Sheet is to be completed and returned on the designated due date of November 27, 2017. Offerors are to provide their company address, point of contact information, DUNS and GAGE numbers with their proposals.
