This synopsis is issued in anticipation of RFQ FA8539-16-R-01135.  This is a limited source requirement per 10 USC 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, TO: RAYTHEON, CAGE: 4C2N0. 

Justification:  Services required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible sources and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.  Specifications, plans, or drawings related to this procurement are incomplete or not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. 

 The solicitation will not be made available through FedBizOpps.  IAW FAR 5.207(c)(17), a copy can be obtained from the Contracting Officer.
