The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Pearl Harbor Regional Contracting Department intends to solicit a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) noncommercial requirement on a sole source basis to Curtiss-Wright Electro-Mechanical Corporation at 1000 Wright Way, Cheswick, PA 15024 for Refurbishment Services for the Secondary Propulsion System Rotational Mechanism in support of the USS North Carolina; in accordance with 10 USC 2304 (c) (1) and FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated performance period is from March 2017 to September 2017.
 

Curtiss-Wright is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of the Secondary Propulsion System (SPS) Rotational Deployment Mechanism (RDM). Curtiss-Wright is the only source that can provide the refurbishment services; and has not authorized the use of their drawings by any third party. Curtiss-Wright is a large business.
