This notice is a sources sought notice, not a request for quotation. 

The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard is looking for sources for a RDM (Rotational Deployment Mechanism) Repair Kit that includes all of the pieces identified in the attachment.

At this time, the only known source of this material is Curtis Wright EMD based on NAVSEA requirement to utlize the OEM.  It has been recorded that Curtis Wright is the sole owner of the drawings used to manufacture the parts list and does not use distributors/dealers.

Sources who believe they are capable of fulfilling this requirement despite the NAVSEA record are invited to respond to this sources sought notice as follows:
