To effectively address risk and needs as well as re-entry barriers that are common to all female Re-entry and Sanctions Center residents, the Contractor shall facilitate evidence based group interventions, which are designed to identify the barriers and equip the female residents with strategies for approaching and overcoming such barriers, such as mental health.
