This request is for competitive sealed proposals toward establishing a contract to provide fresh-made chicken sandwiches and/or chicken tenders at a defined price, with the option to add other menu items under a defined and calculable pricing method for orders to be placed as needed throughout the school year. The District estimates sales of 600-800 sandwiches/servings once per week during the school year at our High School campus with potential to add sales at our middle school campus. All prices should be quoted net of any applicable discounts, delivered, F.O.B. Destination to the campus location specified by the Lovejoy Student Nutrition Department per the referenced purchase order. The initial school year runs August 8, 2024, through May 23, 2025. Quantities shown are annual estimates and are not a guaranteed minimum to buy. Order confirmation will be made by Lovejoy Purchase Orders from the Student Nutrition department. Invoices must state the corresponding Purchase Order number. Full and complete responses, without qualifying statements that are contrary to requested information, will be deemed the most responsive. Be specific as to formulas, fees and other charges incurred. The District reserves the right to negotiate any or all portions of this contract at any time during the tabulation, award and execution year(s) of this contract.
