The contractor shall provide 1) Cat#221-1114 (5 qty.) GoldenGate Genotyping Universal-32, 96 plex Assay Kit with UDG, 96 samples 2) Cat#221-1115 (1 qty.) GoldenGate Genotyping Universal-32, 96 plex Assay Kit with UDG, 576 samples 3) GT-17-110 Custom Oligo Assay Pool (11 qty).The statutory authority for this sole source acquisition is 41 U.S.C. 253-a (a) (1), in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b) only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 334516,with a Standard standards in number of employess 500.

As a result of this synopsis, no competitive solicitation will be posted on FedBizOpps. The Government will issue only one solicitation to Illumina, Inc.
