The New York City (the “City”) Department of Design and Construction (“DDC” or the “Department”) is in the process of establishing a pre-qualified list (“PQL”) of contractors for furnishing all labor, materials and equipment, necessary and required to perform small, medium and large reconstruction and restoration work of landmarked and landmark-quality buildings for various capital construction projects.
