NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD ON A SOLE-SOURCE BASIS:
Pursuant of FAR 6.302-1 "Only one responsible source and no other supplies
or services will satisfy agency requirements," the U.S. Office of Personnel
Management (OPM), Federal Investigative Services Division (FISD) intends to
award sole-source orders for birth certificates/verifications and criminal record
searches verifications throughout country.
The North American Standard Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code
for action is 541611 - Administrative Management and General Management
Consulting Services. This is not a solicitation for quotations, but rather a
notice of the Agency's intent to make an estimated 200 sole-source awards to
various state government agencies and local police departments. There will
be no solicitation issued or available.
