Amendment 4 - The purpose of amendment 0004 is to repsond to vendors' questions, attach several documents, and extend the due date by four days to June 9, 2015.

Amendment 3 - The purpose of amendment 0003 is to extend the due date for proposal submission from May 5, 2015 by one month to June 5, 2015. The due date to submit clarification questions is extended from March 26 by seven weeks  to May 19, 2015. Section L.1 and L.6 of the Request for Quotation has been updated to reflect these extensions.

Amendment 2 - The purpose of amendment 0002 is to extend the due date for proposal submission from March 24, 2015 by six weeks to May 5, 2015. The due date to submit clarification questions is extended from March 16 by ten days to March 26, 2015. Section L.1 and L.6 of the Request for Quotation has been updated to reflect these extensions.

Amendment 1 - The purpose of this amendment is to inform potential vendors of a site visit on March 18, 2015.  Please send a RSVP via email to Jake von Reyn ([email protected]) with a cc: to Vidya Vish ([email protected]) for additional details.  The site visit will occur at the National Audio Visual Conservation Center located at 19053 Mt. Pony Road, Culpeper, VA 22701.
