This is a modification to the previous solicitation
N00421-12-T-0638. The purpose of this modification is to change the PSC code referenced on the Federal Business Opportunity posting from 59 to 70. The NAICS Code is changed to read 334419. All previous responses to N00421-12-T-0638 do not need to respond. Your previous responses will be considered. Responses to this requirement N00421-12-T-0638A are required no later than 0940 EST 20 Nov 12.

Solicitation N00421-12-T-0638A is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase request on a full and open competitive basis, under the authority of FAR part 12 and FAR part 13. Request is set aside for Ttotal Small Business and under the authority of FAR part 52.219-6. Offereors must be registered in the System for Award Mnagement(SAM.Gov) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD cotnract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov.

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) has a requirement for recorder/reproducer replacement. This recorder/reproducer shall meet the following specifications. See Attached Statement of Work.
