The City of Hartford’s Court of Common Council is soliciting proposals for recording and broadcast services of its public meetings. Services will primarily be provided onsite at City Hall, however, the selected provider should be prepared for remote broadcasting as well. In addition, broadcasts will need to be accessible online, and made available via local public access television and social media and. Provider must also interface and coordinate with the Town Clerk’s Office, so all recordings are available to the public in a timely manner. Provider will also be responsible for the management and maintenance of audio visual equipment and technology to support operations
