This solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price Contract in accordance with the solicitation procedures outlined in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items/Services.

Hydrostatic Tractor, Greaseless Backhoe and Trencher with the following specifications: diesel engine; front and rear steerable; 26 x 12 super grip tires; 6-spool valve; cold start system; auxiliary tool valve plumbing; 6-way backfill blade; 18 inch wide bucket; outriggers; backhoe remotes (blade lift, engine kill/start, forward/reverse); sliding offset trencher dual augers; 60 inch depth boom; hydraulic crumber; 6 inch width partial cup chain; hour meter; parts and service manual. Product support, including parts and service, must be available within 24 hours to Lake Red Rock Project office.

The solicitation will be posted to the FedBizOpps website, www.fbo.gov, on or about 04 June 2009. The date and time for receipt of quotes will be on or about 24 June 2009, 12:00 p.m. local time. It is the responsibility of the offereors to monitor the FedBizOpps web site for amendments to the solicitation.

All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE Code) and be actively registered in the Central Contract Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov. The solicitation will not be available in paper format.
