RECOVERY::This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Louis District, is seeking firms to supply bridge connection over Calumet Creek connecting multi-use trail system within the Calumet Creek Area in according to the specifications. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) solicitation. There will be no public bid opening. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation requirements and price. The NAICS code for this requirement is 331210. The SBA size standard is 1000. This acquisition is being considered for Small Business set-aside. Postal service or fax copies are required. Electronic copies are not permitted. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation package. The solicitation package will be posted on FedBizOpps, which can be accessed at www.fedbizopps.gov./. The Government will not provide paper copies of the solicitation or the Interested Vendors List (IVL).
