The US Army Corps of Engineers, Jacksonville District, intends to negotiate and award a contract on a noncompetitive basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2) Only one or a limited number of responsible sources and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements to Gray Matter Systems SE, 1057 Hyacinth Avenue, Sebring Fl, 33875, to purchase Semaphore TBox Remote Telemetry Unit (RTU) and associated components required for compatibility with other TBox Units currently installed at the Army Corps of Engineers structures operated by the Jacksonville District Water Resources Engineering Branch. This product will be delivered to the Clewiston, FL area. FSC Code is 5895, NAICS Code is 541512, Size standard is $25,000,000.

The sole source determination is based upon Gray Matter Systems SE being the only eligible local company that can deliver the desired products or services to the location needed.

This Notice of Intent is not a request for proposals. Information received from interested parties will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
