TASK ORDER #01, MODIFICATION #001. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: NAVIGATION and COASTAL DATABANK PROGRAM (NCDB) TO SUPPORT GIS OPERATIONS AT VARIOUS USACE COASTAL DISTRICTS: PHASE TWO. The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of performance to accumulate and process coastal geospatial data at various USACE coastal districts in order to populate the NCDB. The Data Bank will provide a systematic mechanism for organizing, sharing, and preserving navigation and coastal data.
