Project will require the A-E to develoop deliverables from current Minot project, FY08 Dormitory (144 Room), including all applicable revisions and changes from the FY08 and FY09 Minot Dormitory projects. Deliverables will include detailed Charrette Minutes, Final Design-Build, Request for Proposal, and Ready-to-Advertise RFP Documents for best-value RFP solicitation by the US Army Corps of Engineers Omaha District. The RFP at advertisement shall contain sufficient information to allow D-B contractors to price remaining design and construction accurately, without having to submit any design for evaluation.
