RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY.  THIS PPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTORS UNDER THE ARCHITECH ENGIINEERING SERVICE INDEFINITE DELIVERY INDEFINITE QUANTITY (IDIQ) MULTIPLE AWARD CONTRACT NUMBERS IBMO9D0006 WITH TETRA TECH, INC., IBM09D0007 WITH MWH AMERICAS, INC., AND IBM09D0008 WITH URS GROUP, INC.

RECOVERY – The requirement is for construction management/assistance services during the rehabilitation of the Lateral “A” and the the Retamal Dike levees located in the lower Rio Grande Valley, Mercedes, Hidalgo County, TX.  Work consists of providing professional and support services required to manage and track the progress and expenditures during the rehabilitation of the main floodway levee. It includes but is not limited to coordinating the work of the construction contractor and/or subcontractors, attending on-site meetings, submitting required monthly and Recovery reports, attending on-site inspections, reviewing submittals/drawings, and submitting written review comments and/or recommendations.  The performance period is 309 calendar days for construction management of approximately 14 miles of levee; and includes 6 months optional requirement for month to month services to be exercised only if required. 

THE RESULTING TASK ORDER WILL BE SYNOPSIZED AND ISSUED UNDER THE PREVIOUSLY COMPETED AND EXISTING FIRM FIXED PRICE MULTIPLE AWARD IDIQ CONTRACTS REFERENCED ABOVE.
