RECOVERY - DEMOLITION OF DISCONTINUED STREAMGAGES (NEBRASKA) In compliance with the transparency and accountability requirements associated with the supplemental appropriations provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (the 'Act'), Public Law 111-5, this notice is provided for INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The Department of the Interior, U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), intends to issue a task order under established Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity Contract Number G10PC00062 awarded to Team Henry Enterprises, LLC. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE INCUMBENT CONTRACTOR. The original award was made on a competitive basis. The task order issued against aforementioned contract is as follows: Task Order # G10PD00868, Dollar Value of This Action is $41,637.51 for demolition of discontinued streamgages throughout the state of NEBRASKA. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE is 12 Months from Date of Award and PLACE OF PERFORMANCE will include multiple sites (Priority 1 & 2 locations) throughout the state of NEBRASKA. Full or partial funding for requirements to be completed by the contractor will utilize funds provided by the Act.
