ETR/Turner Job Corps Center is solicting bids for exterior and interior wood facade replacement at Bldg. 7150.  Bids will be given out at the MANDORATORY  WALK-THRU on March 25, 2010 at 1 PM at the Maintenance Department, Bldg. 1605.  Scope of work : the exterior and interior wood walls are deteriorated beyond repair and need to be replaced on Bldg. 7150 (3,200 sq/ft).  The 1,600 sq/ft of exterior and 1,600 sq/ft of interior three story wood facade has deteriorated,leaks and has damaged the buildings causing damage to exterior and interior finishes.  Remove and replace the existing wood facade on the interior and exterior of the three story facade.  Remove and replace the 2 1/2" x 10" wood vertical members and horizontal wood nailers that are inserted between the beam flanges.  All joints of the wood to be stained and sealed to match the existing color of the existing wood.  All joints must also be sealed.  The triangle area to be repaired is approximately 800 sq/ft per side, for a total of 3,200 sq/ft.  The exterior soffit and fascia wood on the exterior of the triangular structure to be removed and replaced with new wood.  All wood to be stained and sealed to match the existing color of the existing wood.
