THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY AND IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE TRANSPARENCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY REQUIREMENTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS PROVIDED BY THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009, PUBLIC LAW 111-5. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE EXISTING CONTRACTOR PROVIDING 20,000 HOUR CATERPILLAR ENGINE OVERHAUL UNDER CONTRACT EA133M-10-CN-0036.

The contract being modified is a firm fixed price contract for the 20,000 Hour Caterpillar Engine Overhaul for the NOAA Ship GORDON GUNTER. The modification is for Additional Growth Work in the amount of $38,542.00 during the Engine Overhaul. Above described modification is to be issued on or about on April 5, 2010.
