This notice is provided for informational purposes only. This opportunity is available only to SeKON Enterprises, Inc. CMS intends to issue a T&M Contract (HHSM-500-2010-0019G) on a sole source basis under authority of FAR 19.8 "Contracting With The Small Business Administration(The 8(a) Program). The new T&M effort shall assist the CMS and the responsible FMSG project office, implement the HITECH incentive payment program created under Title XXX of Division A, and Title IV of Division B of the American Recovery and reinvestment Act of 2009. The legislation establishes a required incentive-payment system start date of October 1, 2010 for hospitals and chronic care facilities, and January 1, 2011 for other medical services providers. The dollar magnitude of this contract effort is estimated to exceed $500,000, with a period of performance of nine months.
