General Services Administration (GSA) has a need for a contractor to remove the existing EPDM roof system and install a new built-up roof system located at the Minneapolis U.S. Courthouse at 300 S. Fourth Street, Minneapolis, MN. The intent of this project is to remove the existing roof and replace with a new built-up roof system, remove any wet insulation and replace with new insulation to insulate the roof system to an R-50 value upon completion, and apply a cool white roof coating or membrane with a solar reflective index of not less than 78.

A walk through is scheduled for Monday, March 22, 2010 at 1:00 PM in room 509 of the Minneapolis U.S. Courthouse located at 300 S.
