RECOVERY TAS::14 1041 FNS::TAS PMIS#094479 - CUVA, Install two (2) Generators at Cuyahoga Valley National Park This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) under solicitation number Q6167100022. This procurement is 100% Small Business set-aside and is open to all responsible Small Business sources. The NAICS code for this procurement is 238210 "Electrical Contractors". The Small Business Administration size standard for this NAICS code is $14.0M or less. All vendors who can meet this requirement, have a valid Dun & Bradstreet Number (DUNS) and are registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) are invited to submit electronic quoted for this posted RFQ. The web site for CCR is www.ccr.gov. This acquisition will be made using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The National Park Service/ Cuyahoga Valley National Park has a requirement to Install One (1) Generator at the Ranger Station and One (1) at Howe Meadow. This acquisition is funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act and, as such, the following ARRA Clauses apply: 52.203-15 Whistleblower Protections Under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (MAR 2009) 52.204-11 American Recovery and Reinvestment Act-Reporting Requirements (Mar 2010 Deviation) The following Provisions apply to this acquisition and are incorporated by reference: 52.212-01 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items 52.212-02 Evaluation-Commercial Itemsa) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and past performance for similar work considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: I. PriceAward will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer is determined the best value to the government, price and other factors considered. II.
