This opportunity was only offered to contractors awarded indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contracts under a competitive acquisition by the National Park Service. The IDIQ contracts are for construction services for repair and maintenance of historic stone masonry and concrete throughout Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, and the District of Columbia. This ARRA project will rehabilitate 16 historic overlooks along Skyline Drive. The work to be performed under the task order will include the reconstruction of stone walls, construction of concrete footings for stone walls, removal and resetting of stone curbs, reconstruction of asphalt walkways, reconstruction of asphalt paving, replacement of culverts and the addition of drainage structures.
