The Officer In Charge of Construction, Marine Corps Installations East, Naval Facilities Engineering Command Mid-Atlantic intends to competitively award a firm-fixed price task order utilizing Recovery Act of 2009 funding under the HUBZone MACC. Please note that only the contractors who have been awarded a HUBZone MACC from the OICC MCI-East Camp Lejeune, NC contracting office are eligible to prepare and submit a proposal for this solicitation. The anticipated scope of work may include, but is not limited to all labor, supervision, tools, materials and equipment necessary to accomplish complete interior/exterior repairs including new interior layout and finishes, new HVAC, new plumbing, new elect! rical systems, new sprinkler system, new fire alarm system, the removal of lead paint and asbestos and incidental related work at Building 118, Camp Lejeune, NC.
