THIS OPPORTUNITY IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO Sierra Management of Belton, Texas, as a sole source 8(a) construction contract under the authority of FAR Part 19.8, and DFARS 219.800, the Partnership Agreement between the Small Business Administration and the Department of Defense. The purpose of this project is to perform repairs to Building 91039. Repairs will include replacement of all flooring, exterior doors, fire doors, light systems, ceiling tiles, mechanical HVAC system repairs, etc. Project will replace partitions, sinks, water closets and urinals in rest rooms, complete painting of interior walls, doors, frames, mold remediation and complete roofing replacement. The magnitude of the project is anticipated to be $250,000.00 and $500,000.00, under NAICS 238990 ($14,000,000.00). The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price contract.
