Summary of Work as follows: BASE BID: The work shall include all work shown on PBA Drawings, Specifications, and as follows: (1) Removal of existing dock bumpers, overhead door frames, overhead section doors, CMU and concrete expansion joint material, etc. ; (2) Install three overhead coiling doors, frames, and hardware. Provide electronic motor operator assemble complete with electrical service. Control Station shall be mounted on interior CMU wall surface adjacent to overhead coiling door at location designed by Contracting Officer Representative, etc. ADDITIVE 0001: Install a personnel door in accordance with specifications and drawings.
