This project includes: Submittal review, monthly reports, cost estimates, documentation of project discussions, meetings, and work sessions, responses to Government review comments by modifying the documents as appropriate, associated with the construction of the Nippon Paper Mill Marine Outfall. This announcement is for informational purposes only, as this project has been set-aside for URS Corporation under the USFWS contract 982105D0001. URS completed Pre-Design and Design Development & Construction Documents for this project. This task order will be awarded as a sole source to URS as they are the Designer of Record and must maintain involvement thourhgout the life of the Nippon Industries Water Quality Improvement Outfall project. No proposals are requested from other interested parties as a result of the announcement.
