1. The contractor will remove failed 80Kw UPS frame, battery cabinet (20 failed VRLA batteries), and side car. Do to the critical equipment serviced by this UPS, work will be done during a scheduled outage that will be determined by the Network Enterprise Center Fort Bragg.
2. Install replacement 60kW rated, standard 95% efficiency, 3 breaker sidecar MBS, including power xpert gateway card, 11.6 minutes of runtime at 60kW load It includes the UPS frame, battery cabinet (40 VRLA sealed batteries), and side car. 40 VRLA batteries will be installed in the second existing battery cabinet that is on site.
