Construction of three (3) Redmond Central Connector (RCC) linkages, including but not limited to Site A NE 90th Street – addition of sharrows and rechannelization of traffic lane with new bicycle ramp and widened sidewalk, Site B NE 87th Street – new Rectangular Rapid Flash Beacon (RRFB), new ADA ramps and crosswalk channelization, new six foot sidewalk and modular block retaining wall, Site C Red160 – new six foot trail connection from RCC to Red160 property line, site grading, and landscape restoration and other work necessary to complete the project. Site A NE 90th Street is a Bid Additive that may be awarded per Section 1-03.1 of the Special Provisions. Engineer’s Estimate for this work is $245,000.00 to $310,000.00.
