THE REDMOND SCHOOL DISTRICT REDMOND HIGH SCHOOL Proposals Due 2:00 PM, November 2, 2022 REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The School District ("the Owner") Requests Proposals from experienced Construction Manager|General Contractors (CM|GC) for the construction of the School project. Proposers shall provide one (1) electronic copy of their proposal on a flash drive in a sealed envelope. Proposals will be accepted by Chad Franke, Program Manager HMK Company, at the Redmond School District Office, located at 145 SE Salmon Drive, Redmond, OR 97756, until 2:00 PM Local Time on date, after which time no further Proposals will be received. A MANDATORY Pre-Proposal Confer ence will be held on October 13, 2022 at 2:00 PM at Redmond High School, located at 675 SW Rimrock Drive, Redmond, OR 97756. Project Scope of Work: The project consists of replacement of all hydronic piping from the central plant to each mechanical room, replacement of pump ining systems for boiler plant, replacement of mechanical equipment, renovation of HVAC systems for Science, CTE and Gym spaces including controls. Modifications to lighting and roof replace ment. The complete Request for Proposal may be reviewed and obtained on date at http://hmkco.org/bid-documents/ The CM|GC firms responding to this RFP will be evaluated based upon company overview, firm experience, similar project history, and other criteria identified in this RFP. This solicitation does not obligate the Owner to pay any costs incurred in prep aration of Proposals. The Owner reserves the right to reject any Proposal that is not in compliance with all prescribed requirements. For good cause, the Owner may reject any or all Proposals upon a written finding that it is in the public interest to do so.
