Removal and disposal of approximately 1000 linear feet of existing rockery and sidewalk along Redmond Way between Willows Road and West Lake Sammamish Way NE. Removal of trees and vegetation adjacent to existing rockery. Construction of new rockery and sidewalk, including street lighting and connection to existing storm drainage system. Schedule B Work shall include installation of approximately 60 linear feet of new 12-inch HDPE storm drain and components at south end of project and connection to existing storm drainage system. Details of the Work are shown on the Drawings and are described in the Technical Specifications for this project. The work shall include all other activities necessary to complete the project. Engineer’s Estimate for this work is $900,000 to $1,100,000.
