This is a Notice of Intent to award a sole source purchase order to Healthvision , 6330 Commerce Drive, Irving, Texas 75067 to provide continual flow of patient critical data being run on the Cloverleaf Integration Services Application. This sole source award is in accordance with FAR Part 13.5. FAR Part 6 does not apply to this acquisition.

The Government believes that Healthvison is uniquely qualified to provide these services.

Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by no later than 2:00 p.m. June 5, 2008. Your response should be submitted to Andrea McGee [email protected]. All responses received within 5 days of the publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government to compete this proposed order based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
